The pole dance is done in a circle and the dancer stands on their own line.
Here’s one of the most common pole dancing moves.
The dancer is supposed to place their legs and arms on the pole.
As time progresses they keep moving their legs and arms.
It is a very graceful move, but in most poles the pole is so high that this is very difficult.
So, how do you do this move? Here’s my technique.
Step 1: Make your line the way you want, and place the end of your line across or beside the feet of the pole as you go.
Step 2: When you turn left, step off the pole and turn right again.
And while you’re doing that, take that extra step to catch yourself in the circle when you’ve got enough left over.
Once you’ve finished, move your line up and away from the pole.
Step 3: Keep moving until the pole is over your head, then turn right.
While you’re doing that, grab a couple of poles and jump across.
Keep doing that, and as you continue to jump from pole to pole, try not to touch the bottom of the pole with your feet or legs.
When you reach the top of the pole, turn right and jump up again.
Step 4: When you are standing on the top of the pole, stand behind the pole, then slowly start climbing off from there.
Keep your weight on your hands.
After doing that move as far as possible, jump into the circle and grab a couple more poles.
Keep doing that and the pole will begin to climb with you.
Finally, turn right and start walking back down the pole to the edge.
Step 5: While standing on the edge of the pole, look down at the floor and do as many poles as you can.
Step 6: When you have enough to cross, push the poles into the floor with your feet to push your feet onto the bottom of the pole.
Step 7: Then do the same thing on the other side.
Step 8: Then do the same thing on the other side.
The point of this is to push yourself to the point of exhaustion, and not let anything be in your way.
If you follow this, you will eventually get to the point of doing this move as much as you can in one single move!
