One time! First, you have to see the damage. If you have to look, then you have damaged the tattoo. Then you have to make sure that you don’t leave any marks on the skin. Don’t tattoo on someone else’s body without their permission.
How long will it take?
It’s impossible to tell in the moment what kind an injury needs to heal, or how long it takes to heal it. It depends on the type of tattoo and what other health concerns you have. Some have a better chance of healing quicker because they are closer to bone. And some require healing for weeks, months or years. However, if you feel you need a tattoo that hurts to remove, you might want to ask a tattoo removal specialist.
A New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) sergeant reportedly gave an officer a $50 bill worth $50,000 before the officer stopped him for speeding and arrested him.
The man involved, Eric M. Jarrell, 23, was allegedly stopped by an officer on Oct. 27 in the 8100 block of Bourbon Street on a failing traffic violation.
Jarrell allegedly refused to cooperate and attempted to flee when he was pulled. The cop gave chase.
At one point, Jarrell pulled into a driveway behind another vehicle, pulled a gun out and shot and wounded the driver and the other occupant of that vehicle, according to news station WWL-TV. Jarrell allegedly sped away and returned to the scene and fired several rounds from his gun.
The second occupant of the vehicle, 22-year-old Johnathon E. Thomas (a.k.a. “F-T,”), was in critical condition at the scene.
Police said Thomas ran from their officers despite their commands, was later located in the 2200 block of East Carroll Street, ran a red light onto West Jefferson Street, before being taken into custody.
Jarrell was booked onto Orleans Parish Prison’s Rampart Jail.
The officer, who has not been identified, was placed on administrative leave. The NOPD issued the following statement after the incident:
“During an incident involving the officer, the victim was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. As a result of an investigation, the officer’s name has been terminated and charges have also been filed against the officer. Our department takes all allegations of misconduct extremely seriously and we will aggressively investigate any allegations of Officer M-N-O-L being involved in
