This is the big question, why do you lose weight, but you only see it after trying to lose weight and losing it? I think to find out why people have different experiences and have not achieved a similar or more intense weight loss without trying will help us to understand the real problem when it comes to our bodies and our weight. People who never shed a single kilogram but end up losing weight without trying are either eating more than they need or are avoiding eating altogether. This means that they simply avoid the source of their calories and are going to feel hungry less and less as they go. Why is this the case?
I think it is not simply the fact that some people end up following diets they like and not other diets. I would like to think that more and more people, particularly young people, are becoming interested in a healthier and more balanced eating, lifestyle, and training style.
However, it is a problem that has to be addressed. There are millions of Americans over 40-years old who are overweight or obese. I think the reason why a lot of young people do not get it is because they do not make the connection between diet and weight loss. There are also people who are overweight and obese in the South but who are not overweight, and that is another issue to solve.
This brings us to the second issue facing overweight and obese people in the United States: how can you lose weight without trying? In our new book “The Art of Sedentary Living” I have written about how to build a life in which you not only feel good and relaxed, but also be physically active and fit. It will enable you to exercise more and enjoy more healthy activities such as running, biking or walking.
I have always found it hard to lose weight without practicing body weight loss diets and exercises. In fact the first time I lost some weight without dieting I just had to try harder to lose it. So when I say I do not have a low-carb diet or any special exercise program as per my personal beliefs – I actually just find out that I am not trying hard enough to lose the weight.
The point in my book regarding the issue of diet and weight loss is this – what is happening in our bodies is an exercise and a calorie burning process. This means that once someone has lost weight or gained it, they can then lose or increase the amount of calories they burn or even keep the calories they consume. So a healthy diet doesn’t mean that a person is
