The breakfast for weight loss is simple: eat your way into a healthy weight. Start by eating lots of fruits and fresh fruits, lean protein and whole-grain foods. After that, the next thing to follow is the healthy fats – olive oil, avocado, nuts, low-fat dairy and fish. And then the last thing to do is eat a lot of healthy carbohydrates – sweet potatoes, rice, whole-wheat bread and sugar-free foods.
Are you hungry throughout the day and feel like you’re lacking in sleep? Make every food a way of keeping yourself occupied by eating it at regular intervals. As your appetite for breakfast declines you will lose weight.
When do you start your day?
Breakfast is the main meal of the day and it is therefore important to make sure that you get a full breakfast with plenty of whole-grain foods. Don’t think that you can start with your standard morning toast as this will probably be packed full of sugar and calories. Rather, you should always start by using two eggs, three bananas, small apple or two pints of berries. And as soon as it’s safe to do so, move quickly to a fruit salad, fruit juice and yogurt. These will keep you full for a while, before you eat your main foods.
Do you prefer to work out with friends or do you prefer to go it alone?
You need to build up your morning routine. You must do both as it is the best way for you to get into the best shape you will be. It helps if you have a fitness routine with regular workouts.
So for example, if you go to the gym you need to do two strength sessions in the morning: cardio and lifting. You need to take short breaks in between your strength sessions but there are some exercises that you simply can’t do every day. You can do them if you go to the fitness office. You can also do light jogging or walking during the morning.
I like to do my morning exercises with someone who has a high level of fitness, so I have a partner. After my lifts and cardio I run and I work on some agility exercises. It’s a very effective way for the combination of cardio and strength training.
Do you have a personal trainer?
My personal trainer helps me with nutrition, weight training and general exercises. In this way, I gain weight and keep my strength. But in my office we also have strength and agility training, too
