I was hoping that you would answer this for me so that you can give me a better idea of my weight loss potential. Because I am such a strong believer in the effectiveness of diet and exercise , I have had to learn just how to lose weight without losing any more muscle! I have had to read everything from blogs and forums and even check it out from Youtube. For the most part I have gained quite a bit of size to my bicep, my heart, my waist and now my belly. My waist size is now 40″. I have gained so much muscle with the help of exercise, that I am now looking at being able to do Crossfit and pushups in training and the other things I normally can only do in the weight room . I am going to be trying the Zebra diet to get the extra size that I have lost! I really would like to know if this will work for me.

Lola is trying Zebra for her bicep, but hasn’t lost much to her bicep size despite dieting. I’m trying Zebra for my heart because my heart has become extremely bloated and I am unable to lose most of my fat.
